Notice of a Public Consultation for a Residential Development and Public Car Park on Council Lands at Ballyliddan West, Sixmilebridge, County Clare
Clare County Council has appointed a design team to develop a residential scheme consisting of 15 units and a public car park on Council owned lands at Ballyliddan West, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare.
The team is headed up by EML Architects along with P Coleman & Associates, Moloney Fox Consulting and Tom McNamara & Partners. An open public consultation event with members of the design team will take place on Monday 13th December, 2021, between 6.00pm and 8.00pm at the Sixmilebridge GAA Clubhouse, O’Garney Park, School Rd, Sixmilebridge, Co. Clare, V95C621.
This is a drop in consultation event to gather local information in relation to issues relevant to this site and its strategic use in the future. This open event will provide opportunity for interested stakeholder groups and individuals to share their views.
The session will provide informal opportunities to engage with members of the team to offer input and comments. Submissions will be accepted on the day.
Current Covid-19 restrictions will be adhered to, and numbers will be restricted into the venue as per the guidelines.
